PROJECT DESCRIPTION The South Crow Diversion Dam is located approximately 22 miles west of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in Laramie County in the NW1I4 section L T13N. R70W. It was constructed in by the City to impound and divert the t10ws of South Crow Creek for municipal use.
